KSJ Lettings was founded by Kirsty, whose 10+ years in the student private housing sector gave her a clear understanding of what both landlords and tenants need — and what’s often missing in traditional letting agencies.
After working closely with property owners and student renters, Kirsty saw the potential to create something different: a letting agency that puts people first, delivers consistently high standards, and builds long-term trust on both sides of the rental relationship.

Our Services
Fully Managed: This service is the most popular as it handles tenant-related tasks, including advertising the property, tenant screening, lease agreements, maintenance repairs and handling tenant inquiries.
Tenant Find Only: This service is aimed at those Landlords with lots of experience and time, that are wishing to manage their own portfolio’s. We handle everything from marketing and conducting viewings, through to referencing. At the point tenants move in, everything is handed to the landlord.
